YouTube TV has finally been announced. Today we go over what we know about the new service. It has its pros and cons. How well does it stack up to the established services?
What do we know so far?
- It will start at $35/month for over 40 channels
- It will include channels like All 4 major networks (ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX) plus channels like CNBC, E!, ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNU, Fox News, Fox Business Network, Fox Sports 1, FS2, etc
- Missing channels like Comedy Central, MTV, CNN, TBS, TNT, AMC, Discovery, etc
- Unlimited Cloud DVR and YouTube Red
- Currently only available on TV via Chromecast
- Six accounts, 3 streams concurrently.
